• Kind of funding: Grant
Grants of 30% of total net costs are available to local authorities or private developers to assist in the construction or improvement of access roads to industrial areas in Assisted Areas.
Eligible businesses
Most sectors of business.
Scheme conditions
Grants may also be available towards the construction or
improvement of roads within industrial estates or servicing single factories
in certain circumstances where the primary purpose of the roadworks is a positive
contribution to industrial development thereby creating new employment.
